Inclusions:
- Accommodation on Single, Double, or Twin sharing basis as per booking
- Welcome drink (non‑alcoholic) upon arrival
- Meal plan on MAPAI basis (Room + Breakfast + Dinner)
- All transfers by air‑conditioned private car (air conditioning will not operate in hilly areas)
- Sightseeing as per the itinerary, subject to weather advisories for guest safety
- Airport/Railway Station pick‑up and drop services
- Parking fees and toll charges
- Interstate taxes
- Driver’s allowance
- Applicable hotel taxes
- Package cost based on standard hotels (upgraded hotel options available upon request)

- Solo travellers will incur an additional charge in INR.
- Rates are subject to change during peak seasons such as summer and New Year holidays in hill stations.

- Goods and Services Tax (GST)
- Meals not specified in the itinerary
- Entry fees to monuments and palaces
- Any services not explicitly, mentioned under “Inclusions”
- Porterage at hotels and airports, tips, insurance, laundry, alcoholic beverages, and other personal expenses
- Costs arising from natural calamities such as landslides or roadblocks
- Any increase in taxes or fuel prices resulting in higher surface transport costs
- Mandatory Christmas/New Year Eve supplementary charges, payable directly to the respective hotels
